They were very helpful and explained everything about my repairs.
Chip is awesome. He has been helping me with my scion for several years and have always felt like a preferred customer. Thanks Chip!
The greastest dealship. I've done all my car purchases and maintenance there for the last 17 years. Thanks!!
Love my new Rav 4! Todd Moore helped us find our new vehicle with intentions of making us happy! He was quite knowledgeable and very personable........we will hopefully buy our next vehicle from Todd...Thanks Hendrick for a pleasant t experience.......
Robbie Broome and George Kramer (sales) Kerry Jacobs, and Nick East (Finance) are the gentlemen that helped me with tbe purchase of my fully loaded 2017 Toyota Highlander. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the deal. I was referred to this dealership by my awesome mechanic (Hip, owner of My Auto Mechanic in Charlotte) and am glad as always that I took his advice :)
It was less stressful than my prior experiences at other dealerships in that I did not have to speak with several people before my transaction was completed. Noel McKenzie was attentive and cared about my concerns without pressure to simply “make a sale”.
They take good care of my car
Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door until I left in my new vehicle!
Complete satisfactionService is excellent
