The service was great. My service manager spent time with me and recognized what was going on with my car without performing diagnostic tests . It turned out to be a $7 problem that could’ve ended up costing a lot more elsewhere. I felt that I was in a good, honest hands and having just moved down here, I know I have a reliable new Toyota dealership.
Highly recommend the Service Department. Eddie R. was courteous, knowlegable, fast and communicated very well. Will continue to use Hedrick Toyota.

Brandon Grubb was the most honest and awesome sales guy! I told him my situation in email and he told me prior to coming he thought we could make it work. I went expecting that to have just been sales talk and expected to leave disappointed. Instead, I walked away with the 2017 Sienna I wanted and was given about $3k more for my trade than KBB had it listed. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a good sales person!

I was very happy to be in and out without waiting several hours. Then I got the bill for oil change of $75. I thought was was way too pricey.
