I was in for service and was assisted by Ben. In the past, Mr. Spooner. I have never been dissapointed in this location. Ben was efficient, helpful, kept me informed, and made sure I left happy. I was checked on frequently, with updates and possible cost changes. I love this dealership!!!! Kudos TEAM!!!!!!!
I had a wonderful car buying experience at Hendricks Toyota a few weeks ago. My salesman was Thomas. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up with a great 2017 Corolla within my price range. Everyone who was working that day did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to buy a car.
Donnie the General Sales Manager and Clyde Furr are great to deal with. They truly show their commitment to the customer when my family dealt with them. They made sure we left feeling as a truly valued customer.
Good and fast service.... was pleased and will return
Toyota and Chip always do an outstanding job.
I HIGHLY recommend Todd @ Hendrick Toyota Concord if you want a good, fair & honest deal. He gave us all the information up front & delivered exactly what he said he would. He didn’t annoy us with constant contact & instead offered to help us in any way he could & he DID. We will definitely contact him again whenever we need another vehicle & I would encourage anyone to do the same.
Knowledge of product, professionalism, works diligently with you to make your dream come true
Thank You Todd Moore!!! You did an amazing job finding the right car for my Mom!! You even set up and showed her how to work the hands free phone!! I know she is going to love her new car!
Worth the drive from Salisbury!
