Everything I ask for was accommodated. I expected a certain level of service just because of the name and then they shot way past it. I have extreme confidence in staff and mechanic services. Before the purchase of a new car I asked for an alignment. By the time I finished signing the paperwork it was done. Anytime someone asked me where I bought my car I would say proudly Hendrick Toyota. More than just a name.
This was the second time we bought a Toyota. Shelly was fantastic and thanks to her patience we were able to pick the perfect car for us. Thank you to Juan as well for getting us an amazing deal and taking care of us.
