Found my 2016 Rav4 clear at a killer price on autotrader, called them to verify it wasn't too good to be true and drive from Lexington, SC to trade in my 16th birthday present for my 26th! They had it read for me when i drove up. The paperwork took forever, I've heard that normal. Overall I am very happy with my experience, the salesmen didn't try to haggle or add cost. After 2 weeks of driving it I'm still in love!
Bought a used SUV here a few weeks ago, it was late and there was a few issues with the car that we didn't see. We live over an hour away and we were told to come back in the following weekend to get everything fixed (tire pressure sensor, cracked windshield and a few other things) and when we got there the man that was supposed to fix those things wasn't there... and we had an appointment. I had a horrible service experience which started on Saturday 24th 2019 and ended 8/26/2019. It required three trips to the dealership to get my service concerns completed.
Horrible experience with the service today and very unprofessional. When they selling there car they're were nice but after they treat you like they don't give a f***.
