excellent customer service and work by service technicians..Justin is a great asset in service dept..is excellent and keeps me informed great at his job!
Great place to buy, but most important their service is excellent. Always feels they are looking out for me taking care of my car needs to keep me going safe and sound. So when we were looking to buy new this week, Hendrick Toyota Concord was were we went and got a great deal.

they try hard to let you know if something is wore out or if you need to keep an eye on it between now and the next service time, some times it takes longer than you plan but at least i'm not broken down some where.
My family and I buy all our cars from Hendrick Toyota of Concord because of service we always receive! Anthony Arellano Had always been our salesman because he goes WAY above and beyond to make sure you are getting the car you want, the deal you want, the service you want, and always checks up to make sure everything is perfect!!! Anytime my wife or I go to the dealership we are treated like family...in fact my two young sons love to stop in to see Anthony Arellano!!!! They love to talk his ears off!!!
