I did catch a salesperson in a lie originally but I don't think it was on purpose. After bringing it to their attention they were really understanding. We leased a car, and were treated very well. We are at the end of our second year now and I have to be honest. They call to check in and show a lot of attention and respect toward the relationship building. I contacted the rental manager (Caitlin) on March 20th 2017 and made a reservation for a rental car. We were to pick this up on June 10th for our vacation trip. I called today (May 22nd) to confirm the reservation just to be told they no longer rent cars to the public. WOW...sure would have been nice if someone would have actually called me to tell me this!
