Great experience working with Eric Hall at Hendrick Toyota Concord. I was looking at two different vehicles and needed time to really analyze what was best for me. Eric took the time to explain the pros and cons of both vehicles and gave me time to think it through. He was polite, funny and just an easy sales representative to work with.
