Hendrick Toyota Concord is where I go exclusively for the maintenance of my Highlander. I appreciate the service department's professionalism and expertise in keeping my vehicle in great condition. Jay Moore is my service advisor who I work with because of his honesty and personable interaction with me. He does a great job of telling me what services I need done immediately and what services I can postpone so that I can better budget for the costs of keeping my vehicle in the best condition.
Always a pleasure dealing with Chip Gonion in the Service Dept at Toyota Concord. He is always friendly, prompt with answering calls and questions and taking care of all my service needs with my Sienna. This is my second Toyota Sienna and I will always bring it here for service.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2017 Toyota from Hendrick last week. The salesman I worked with, Joe Burke, did an excellent job from start to finish, working with me on the price, giving me exactly what I wanted on a trade, and made sure I was fully taken care of the day of the purchase. Both he and Kerry, the finance director, handled the deal with the highest degree of professionalism and I would highly recommend Hendrick for anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle.
