Got my first oil change at Hendrick Toyota Concord today and was very pleased with how quick and easy it was. Jay Moore was so nice and helpful!!
they took real good care of our car before we sold it. person who bought it got a great car.
I just want to thank Chris Cathawood sales manager and our salesman Brian Barry for making our purchase an excellent experience for our new Rav4 it was such a pleasure. I would recommend them and the dealership to anyone. There was no pressure put on you. This is our third purchase from the dealership. Thank you both, Serelia and Sam Billotto
Had a great car buying experience at Hendrick Toyota Concord. Mr. Louis O'Pharrow really went out of his way to get exactly what my family and I needed. We got a great car at a great price. Hindrick really looks out for you, even after the deal is done.
Had oil changed, tire rotated , brakes fixed and a inspection done , all in about 3 hrs. All service agents were polite , and always willing to explain everything they were doing . Would recommend their service to anyone who need a good company to work with .
Hendrick Toyota always treats me with respect and care. They will work with you and help you with your vehicle’s needs. I drive 40 minutes to get to Hendrick when I have another Toyota Dealership 2 min. from my workplace. I only trust Hendrick Toyota with my Highlander .
