I went for my first service on my 2019 Toyota rav 4 and the serv dept was very friendly and efficient. Ryan met me as soon as I pulled into the garage and went over everything with me. I had an 8:45am appt and was out by 9:45
Great service. BUT very ANNOYED that they used my email address, that I gave for service information, to access my Facebook account and solicit a public review!! They didn't ask my permission. Too Orwellish for me!
Service was provided but no quality control and had to return my vehicle again the following day to repair defects. Lost valuable time making the return for problems not fixed. Really surprised this occurred.
I have always had great service with Toyota Scion in Concord, NC. We have traded cars & SUV's with them since early 1990's. Kevin Plant has & is a great person to work with . He answers all your questions to the fullest. Wesley Smith is also a great person to work with. These men worked hours with me to get me a great deal. Recommend them & this dealership to anyone. Had oil changed, tire rotated , brakes fixed and a inspection done , all in about 3 hrs. All service agents were polite , and always willing to explain everything they were doing . Would recommend their service to anyone who need a good company to work with .
What a GREAT experience. Austin made this process so easy and I am absolutely in LOVE with my new RAV4 Adventure! You can't go wrong with a Toyota and Austin will make the process smooth. Thank you so much Austin!
