Everything I ask for was accommodated. I expected a certain level of service just because of the name and then they shot way past it. I have extreme confidence in staff and mechanic services. Before the purchase of a new car I asked for an alignment. By the time I finished signing the paperwork it was done. Anytime someone asked me where I bought my car I would say proudly Hendrick Toyota. More than just a name.
I had an excellent experience at Hendrick Toyota Concord when trading in my car several weeks ago. Ella & Abby could not have been better suited for me.
