Love Chip Gonion. Chip is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. I have a 2017 Highlander and a 2018 Highlander and it is important to me to keep them serviced and running properly. My family and I have purchased a total of 5 Toyota’s from Hendricks in Concord and I am very pleased with the team and especially the service department.

These people in the service center work on commission and will try to sucker you into buying all kinds of extra bs you don't need. DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!

Love these guys! We took my 2003 Camry in for a repair that we were worried about being major. It turned out to be as easy as replacing my gas cap! We felt like we got first class service. It was wonderful. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Bought a used SUV here a few weeks ago, it was late and there was a few issues with the car that we didn't see. We live over an hour away and we were told to come back in the following weekend to get everything fixed (tire pressure sensor, cracked windshield and a few other things) and when we got there the man that was supposed to fix those things wasn't there... and we had an appointment.
