Consistent service, honest repairs and very considerate about providing pricing prior to work. They will not “scare” you into paying for something that is not necessary- they give the findings and let you decide what you are willing to pay for. I feel very confident that the repairs are done properly and at a fair price. Everyone is so nice and helpful- also, I love the 🍩’s!
This was the second time we bought a Toyota. Shelly was fantastic and thanks to her patience we were able to pick the perfect car for us. Thank you to Juan as well for getting us an amazing deal and taking care of us.
all they care about is selling the car, they don't care how they damage your credit at all. they do 10+ hard enquires instead of just one. I was expecting only Toyota financing. However, they did as many checks as they could without asking!
Great service. Always courteous.
Great service, very prompt, and timely. Chris Garzone is a great service advisor. He is very pleasant, personable, and provides detailed information and recommendations.
Rick McKensie took good care of my daughter’s Sequoia and got me out in a timely fashion.
I purchased a Toyota Rav4 today. I work with Shelly Rivera in Concord. She made the process so easy. I'm so happy and I love my new car. Thank you.
Complete satisfactionService is excellent
