Chip in the service dept is awesome.
Realized on last visit now it’s an issue if you bring car in w/o appointment. They make it part of intro “we can’t be sure how long it will take since you didn’t make appointment “ Ok that’s fine. I had flat tire to be repaired/replaced and could and should have gone to tire discount. Do not mind waiting or leaving and coming back but at least be accurate w times so customer can make their decision on what to do I will continue to bring cars in for maintenance as needed.
