Had my Sienna detailed using super detail pkg on special this month. Great job on detailing van. Jay Moore was my Service Advisor and he did a great job. I was not happy about the dealership policy of adding a “service fee” (9% of labor charges) to all service work which resulted to a higher charge than expected.
Where do I start. We talk on phone. The give us appraisal of 7500-8200 on phone and state they will match prices. We drive 90 min. Get here and they will give us 4500 on trade I can sell for 10,000 on my own. Then that they will not come off msrp 0.00. After stating they would match DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!! And we have there trade in quote in writing
Was just looking and was told credit would not be pulled and then pulled. No apologies from the sales person but a text asking if I am coming to buy. I have lost my confidence in this company.
