I simply cannot imagine going to another dealership of any kind to purchase a new vehicle or have it serviced. Hendrick Toyota of Concord has consistently surpassed my expectations in every way. I have worked with Chip Gonion as my service advisor and he is the BEST! Chip exemplifies excellence in customer service- always helpful in every way and easy to work with.
Service was provided but no quality control and had to return my vehicle again the following day to repair defects. Lost valuable time making the return for problems not fixed. Really surprised this occurred.
I have always had great service with Toyota Scion in Concord, NC. We have traded cars & SUV's with them since early 1990's. Kevin Plant has & is a great person to work with . He answers all your questions to the fullest. Wesley Smith is also a great person to work with. These men worked hours with me to get me a great deal. Recommend them & this dealership to anyone. Realized on last visit now it’s an issue if you bring car in w/o appointment. They make it part of intro “we can’t be sure how long it will take since you didn’t make appointment “ Ok that’s fine. I had flat tire to be repaired/replaced and could and should have gone to tire discount. Do not mind waiting or leaving and coming back but at least be accurate w times so customer can make their decision on what to do I will continue to bring cars in for maintenance as needed. they try hard to let you know if something is wore out or if you need to keep an eye on it between now and the next service time, some times it takes longer than you plan but at least i'm not broken down some where.
My family and I buy all our cars from Hendrick Toyota of Concord because of service we always receive! Anthony Arellano Had always been our salesman because he goes WAY above and beyond to make sure you are getting the car you want, the deal you want, the service you want, and always checks up to make sure everything is perfect!!! Anytime my wife or I go to the dealership we are treated like family...in fact my two young sons love to stop in to see Anthony Arellano!!!! They love to talk his ears off!!!
If I was going to give my trade-in away I would give it to my grand children or a close friend or family member.
