There is definitely a design defect in my 2019 Tundra headliner. Yet Toyota says it’s “normal “ Also Pre-collision system kicked on for no reason and because there are no codes that show when they hook up to their machine they say there’s nothing wrong. My husband and I went looking at the newest cars with no intention of buying that day. We ended up purchasing two vehicles. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our purchases. I would definitely do business with them again and suggest them to our friends and family.
Agents and service manager are there to help, I dealt with Chip who is very helpful.
I went for an oil change the service man was nice and informative.
Excellent Service and Brad is awesome.
Wonderful sales experience. Service appointments are okay, there is a lack of communication about time, routine maintenance was 2 hours instead of 1 hour like expected which made me late for picking up my kids.
Had a great sales person, very knowledgable about the SUV's I was interested in. She was very pleasant and friendly as was all the staff we met.
