My husband and myself just wasted HOURS at this location tonight, on my birthday of all nights! My husband's plan was to surprise me with a car for my birthday but that quickly went down in flames as we kept sitting there waiting with no answers other than "it'll be about another 10/15min" no follows up in between, no check-ins, we were left to sit there waiting. They absolutely suck! After a couple years under a maintenance plan - with plenty of bumps along the way - the plan ended. Went to change my oil for the first time since the plan ended and found that the oil filter spacer union had been cross threaded by your technicians. Now, I can't find the part in stock (because they are probably out there doing it to everyone else too) and am without a vehicle until one appears. Would never do business with them and am very disappointed...as usual!
Fantastic service experience at Hendrick Toyota of Concord. Steve Spooner explained everything clearly and professionally, and answered all of my questions. They provided good options and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision that wasn't comfortable. This is my first first experience with this dealership and I will definitely return the next time I need service!

Great service from everyone who has assisted me since I bought my Corolla there in 2017. I have always been pleased with the service team - and each has always been thorough going over the forms before accepting payment. Plus, they've guided me in knowing what was a priority when I wasn't able to pay for all the services that were recommended. Definitely a great place to have your car serviced.
check cars out better !!!!! computer problem, sent to nissian could not find it, sent back to you. it did not take long for the problem to show up. new computer ordered, two weeks to wait for it. should have been checked out better. now i have it , my problem now, RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
