My experiences are always excellent at Toyota. All of my service representatives have been very kind and helpful. They advise me of my car needs and repairs months before so that I can financially prepare. I love the service discounts extended to customers. I’m even thinking about trading my Lexus for an Avalon after talking with my service person, Larry during my recent visit this week!

I went for my first service on my 2019 Toyota rav 4 and the serv dept was very friendly and efficient. Ryan met me as soon as I pulled into the garage and went over everything with me. I had an 8:45am appt and was out by 9:45
My husband and I were so excited when we bought our new car Toyota Highlander at Hendrick Toyota Concord back in 2012, and still enjoying it !! We had no problem with our car and our service department guy Jay Moore has been taking care of us since. We been very pleased with the service and will continue coming here.. Thanks !! Rhoda
Very bad experience.. I would not recommend to Hendrick Toyota Concord to anyone. The service center guy was charging us way too much even though we had the coupon. Just for oil change he said that coupon will not work and we have to 100 bucks.. we had to cancel our appointment and have not done the car service there.
I had a service performed (tire rotation and oil change) only to find out two lug nuts were not tightened completely on the front passenger tire of my car. Luckily the issue was found before any major issue, damage, accident, etc. happened. I don’t understand how a simple step of tightening lug nuts can go not completed.
