As always, excellent service. 8/6/18***** The service department went above and beyond today to help me with several problems. They found that one expensive issue was covered under a special extended warranty!! Thank you guys!!
I have been taking my car to Hendrick Toyota of Concord for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. My customer service rep, Mr Gonion is so very genuine and I know I can trust him with each experience. He is friendly, attentive to detail and a very good listener. My needs are always met without any pressure. The entire atmosphere is very welcoming as well.
Chip Gonion always goes the extra mile to see that my Prius and I get what we need.

Over a hour and half for a oil change after having a appointment is absolutely ridiculous... def going to get my service done else where from now on!
Kevin Plant came highly recommended by some of our best friends. He DID NOT disappoint, AT ALL! He was patient, to the point, answered all our questions, straight shooter, and just one heck of an individual! We walked out with two Toyotas, and couldn't be happier! I had a horrible service experience which started on Saturday 24th 2019 and ended 8/26/2019. It required three trips to the dealership to get my service concerns completed.
