My Wife and I just purchased a beautiful 2020 Camry. John Larson was a great sales Rep. He helped me on the internet all the way to purchasing our new Camry. Very friendly and full of information, even though I gave him a hard time about the price. Thank you John for helping us with our new Camry. We will be sending everyone we know to Hendrick Toyota!!

Through aggressive e-mail marketing, we were enticed to make a 45,000 mile checkup, although it was not covered under our warranty. This was not explained until after the service was completed, and a refund was not given as requested. This is not good or transparent customer service.
Very disappointed in sales manager - Joe Burke. Had an appointment scheduled. Communicated with him that morning via email and he responded affirmatively to my request. I was driving - 2.5 hours when I received his response so could not respond but his email said see you at 11 (appt. was 11:15). My name was on the board as "VIP quest" for 11:15. I arrived at 11:25 for appt (traffic) and he comes out and first thing he says was "YOU didn't respond to email. I sold the car 30 minutes ago." He knew I was driving 2.5 hours. Can'... read more

Good service but was very disappointed they did not offer any covered outdoor seating for customers to wait. It was raining the day I went but on sunny days, covered seating would be good too!! Step up your game Hendrick dealerships!
