Every time we have had service it has been around 1 hr from check in to check out. This time we had an oil change a tire plugged and 3 wiper blades replaced. It took a little over 2 hrs but the service rep kept us informed. total bill was $120 for which my oil change was free. Thought this was a little bit high so I looked at my receipt and they charged me $5 labor for each wiper blade that was replaced. It only takes 5 sec per blade so I think that was a little excessive.
