Great dealership! We purchased our Scion here and had a wonderful experience. The sales and finance staff were very professional and friendly. We had one warranty repair done and the service department was also excellent.
Best Service Experiences EVER! I'm not sure how often you get responses on these but I wanted to make sure you knew how amazing the team you have in Concord is. April was my service advisor yesterday and she helped me out with a coupon from the website and worked with me to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Toyota Scion of Concord.
incredible Service Department I bought a Prius at Toyota of Concord November '06. I bought the scheduled service package along with it which includes your oil changes, tire rotation etc. I have never been happier with a dealership service dept. I call & make an appointment & when I drive in they already know who I am & are ready for me. They have a comfortable waiting area & always come in & sit next to you & explain if your car needs any other service. Friendly & fast & they do a good job.

Great Truck, Great Dealership Experience I purchased a 2014 Tacoma 4x4 Access Cab last week from Hendrick Totota of Concord, with the assistance of salesman Dave Parker. I have to say this has been one of the easiest car/truck buying experiences I have had in a lomg time. Dave located the exact truck that I wanted (Access model, with the clolors I wanted , equipped the way I wanted), and at a fair price.
