I have bought 5 cars from them in the last 15 years, were there problems? Yes, but when addressed and asked about the problems were talked over and corrected.
Just purchased a 2020 Tundra and love it! Eric and the team took care of everything and made it super easy to drive off with the one that I wanted, not one I settled for. Would definitely purchase from HTC again.
Their service department is excellent!! When I called in to Hendrick Toyota of Concord, my Service Advisor Chris Garzone had already left for the day but he got his voicemail messages while at home and called me back. He then referred me to Steven Spooner who was working and Steven took care of my needs. When my 2020 Highlander Recall work was completed the next morning, Chris called me and I went to the dealership and picked up my car. Chris has always taken good care of me.
