all they care about is selling the car, they don't care how they damage your credit at all. they do 10+ hard enquires instead of just one. I was expecting only Toyota financing. However, they did as many checks as they could without asking!
Our sales rep Amanda was amazing and made the entire process of buying our Tundra fast and amazingly easy. She did a great job of working with us to get the price we needed for our budget, without a hassle. Would highly recommend Amanda and Hendrick Toyota.
Pulled in and was greeted quickly by Steven Spooner and a had wonderful customer service experience! He was very kind and helpful with the questions I had. Was quoted two hours for service/maintenance and a recall, but it ended up being only one hour and 15 minutes! The waiting room was clean with friendly staff and donuts and coffee. Felt right at home! I highly recommend!!!

Zero Stars.... Wife takes her 4Runner in for service on 10-25-14 and it came home with a battery covered in corrosion, low power steering fluid, low coolant, low windshield washer fluid and a blown headlamp. The only recommendations after a multi point safety and operational inspection were new spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter, PCV Valve, fuel injector cleaning and power steering flush... $400 worth of work.
