Great service from everyone who has assisted me since I bought my Corolla there in 2017. I have always been pleased with the service team - and each has always been thorough going over the forms before accepting payment. Plus, they've guided me in knowing what was a priority when I wasn't able to pay for all the services that were recommended. Definitely a great place to have your car serviced.

They really care about their customers. We haven't been there for service in a while (don't put many miles on car any more). They called to see if we needed any service. Dropped car off went to lunch and it was finished when we got back. Service rep Mark Beeker explained everything they were going to check. car was in good shape. will gladly go back again.
I had a great experience at Toyota of Concord Donnie Moore and John Larson were so nice 👍 helped me find the right truck get it equipped just right got 0 percent financing I am so happy great group of employees everyone was so nice
