Zero Stars.... Wife takes her 4Runner in for service on 10-25-14 and it came home with a battery covered in corrosion, low power steering fluid, low coolant, low windshield washer fluid and a blown headlamp. The only recommendations after a multi point safety and operational inspection were new spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter, PCV Valve, fuel injector cleaning and power steering flush... $400 worth of work. I went in just needing a car ..had no wish list ...Current Toyota owner who’s had a car over 10 years and still running but needed to upgrade..Brian Worchester was nice kind and walked me through the process with no issues finance guy was friendly painless and they got me to the payment that I wanted walked out with more of a car than I thought I could afford ....Had the best experience
I always get the best service from this location. Purchased our vehicles in 2015 from them and even back 2006 sane great service. Renee was excellent
Exceptional service from the team there. Our sales person - LaChrisha Wilson is GREAT. Very customer focused. Also nice job by Mark Poindexter (Sales Manager) and Nick East (Finance Manager). Good experience overall!!
