Kyle, our sales representative at Concord Toyota was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely nice. Never was he pushing us to buy. Great sales team! I am extremely happy with my experience. We were in and out within an hour and a half. Great work guys! 😊
all they care about is selling the car, they don't care how they damage your credit at all. they do 10+ hard enquires instead of just one. I was expecting only Toyota financing. However, they did as many checks as they could without asking!
AMAZING service at Toyota of concord!!! Noel was great and got me in the car i wanted with no issues!! Helped me learn everything about my new car, answered all my questions & more! Everybody was very friendly !!!!
the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris Garzone is wonderful to deal with in the service department.
Bought my first Toyota today. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very painless. After my purchase my sales woman LaChrisha spent so much time going over all the features of my new purchase. If you are in the market for a new car so see my new friend, she’s awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love my new Camry
Love my 2019 Tacoma Off Road. It can go almost anywhere. This is on top of Daniel Trail at Uwharrie National Forest, NC. 4th of July. Service department at Hendrick is always outstanding.
They take good care of my car
I went in for an oil change on a busy Saturday and Rick McKenzie & Larry McBryde took amazing care of getting me in and getting me back out the door. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Thank you, both!
Rick McKensie took good care of my daughter’s Sequoia and got me out in a timely fashion.
