I have purchased 2 cars from them & both times, the sales experience was great & when I go in for service, it is Top Notch. I've been working with the same Service Advisor, Chris Garzone, he is absolutely wonderful to work with.
John Larson was amazing in helping me get my Launch Edition GR Supra. Out of all the dealerships I talked to, theirs was the only one ro not jerk me around, or charge an exorbitant amount of money. My family has bought many cars from Hendrick dealerships, and we're definitely going to continue doing so.

I brought my car in to have a 15K service on my 2019 Avalon. The technician was Jay and I have never been treated with more respect. I have had Mercedes, Acura, Lexus and not one offered the high level of service Jay and the team at Hendrick Toyota did. Not only did he offer solutions to my questions, he took his time to share with me places to visit in the area while I worked here a few days. 5 star service is exactly what you will get with Jay and Hendrick Toyota.
My service advisor keeps my vehicles running without any problems so I don't have to worry about being stranded on the road.
