Worst service I've seen in my entire life. Find someplace else.
In spite of buying two new cars from them in the past year, I couldn't get their service rep. on the phone nor their chat rep. on their web page to assist me. Totally inept.
Spoke to Carlos in service as I have an extended warranty claim , asked several times for the written estimate last week and made a return visit on Sunday no one could do it and here it is Monday at 12:10 and spoke to service manager Jose at 10:30 am and I still don’t have it in my email as promised! How can a customer feel comfortable dealing with any business if they don’t make themselves transparent! It’s the law poor customer service and now I have to hope the do a perfect job ! ????
I just purchased my 4th Accord from here. The service is always top-notch! I called Salesman Leon Miller and told him what type of vehicle I was looking for. Once I arrived at the dealership, we discussed some numbers and the deal was made and complete in about 15 minutes! The process was streamlined and no badgering. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the HQ Honda staff!

Headquarter Honda has an atmosphere of general malaise hanging over it. These people are dishonest, disorganized and plain lazy. Refused to discuss the details and price on the phone, ignored us when we came in to look at the car, told us to wait because someone was out test driving the car we came to look at, while the vehicle was sitting in the lot, visible from where we were. Very strange sales strategy...Had to drive away and purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
