My husband and I had been on the fence about getting a new car for a while. Honestly in the past the process had been entirely unpleasant. My new Honda CR-V was due for it's first oil change. Was quick, easy and a very pleasant experience. Love having the complimentary car wash. Our sales rep was Payton and a very nice experience. (Don't remember the sales name.) My only negative is, that after negotiating a price and finally signing all the paper work (hours long), you are hit with a lot of information about the vehicle and all that it has and can do. I live in Clermont & I used to go to Coggin Honda in Orlando. The day after Hurricane Irma my car battery died so I took it to Headquarter Honda. They treated me as a valued customer fast in fast out. I didn’t remember the young man name that assisted but the service was awesome.
