I didn’t walk out with a car today but I just wanted to tell you guys that Paul is wonderful - what all car sales managers should be. I loathe going to car dealerships because I hate being flocked to like prey, and feeling pushed into something. I explained to Paul my situation in trying to get a new car and he did every little thing to help me without pushing me into buying a car I couldn’t afford. Super impressed.

I usually do not write reviews but I thought this would be a good time to write one now . I always get great service whenever I come to this location my service tech Todd was very pleasant helpful considerate, always a good experience. I love headquarters Honda and Clermont.
The sale was fine until I found out they hadn’t programmed my keys. When I went back the next morning they said they couldn’t program the keys... a different guy comes that CAN program keys and the manager says “sorry that your car headlights don’t come on but we don’t have people to do that today.” Ugh!
I live 400 miles from this dealership so when I saw the level of customer service that my sister received when she bought a vehicle I knew I would come back when I was ready to get another vehicle.
