We came by just to look at a used Highlander because we were still deciding what vehicle we wanted to get. The salesman Mike was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles and patient as we inspected each one trying to decide between a big SUV or minivan. He didn’t try to push us to the expensive ones and actually showed us one we hadn’t thought of that was a lot less expensive. Headquarter Honda saved the road trip! We stopped 20 miles from the house to fill up and the Honda Civic wouldn’t start. No lights, nothing! Very much regretting my Honda Pilot purchase. First cold snap and it doesn’t start and I was just told that that can be normal because of the sudden temperature drop and sometimes I just may need a jump when the temperature drops in Florida!!! That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard!!
If I recommend a dealership, you can take it to the bank. HQ Honda has been great the two times I’ve had my Acura MDX serviced at their location. They are quick, professional, and price competitive.

horrible. after many years of having a Honda. finally got the safety recalls taken care of...dating back to 2016. corporate office was supposed to had set everything up...hum yeah...show up...nothing there (even though I have a email from them confirming this) made to wait. just constantly being told...its not our fault....and hey, at least we fixed the safety recall and your car is safe ..you should be happy with that! well 1st, yes, it shouldn't have happened in the 1st place, this is the 3rd safety recall on this car. and... read more
