Everyone is very friendly, professional and make the wait pleasant by updating on the progress. The atmosphere is clean with accommodating structural area to provide comfort of home with secluded work area, beverage and entertainment choices.

I’ve been taking my car there since I bought it from Jenkins , Nikko has always gone above and beyond for any issues that I have had , and boy did I have some in the beginning but she worked hard in getting them taken care of .
I had an appointment at 10:30 am for an oil change. I arrived at 10:15 and went into the guest waiting room. I became uncomfortable when I saw someone leave and no one sanitized the chair when she left. I went out and stood in the show room for the remainder of my time waiting. I witnessed the young men that were working the cars were not wearing masks. Only half the people at the desks were wearing masks and one guy was eating his lunch at his desk! Ms. Flowers, our day porters are around and do sanitize the common guests’ areas regularly and frequently throughout the day. They are not obvious as they so in the service, sales common areas and guest restrooms for the convenience of our guests. We do not require the technicians to wear the masks when they are working outside the vehicles as they are six (6’) feet apart from each other.
