I showed up without an appointment because my car said airbag and antilock break problem. They took me right away. 40 minutes later I was done!!! Great services!!!!

I brought my van in to get new tires. John Shelling, an Upgrade Salesman, asked why I was there and the conversation turned to Ridgeline trucks. Before my van was finished he brought back both high and low prices for a new Ridgeline. My wife and I did research and called John about a different color. He worked with his managers and found us a truck we liked. If it hadn’t been for John, we would still be driving the van. Thank you John and the rest of the sales staff at Headquarter Honda.

I bought a brand new Honda CRV in Sept 2019. I have 30 k miles on it and I just had to replace the tires because the treads wore out. The tires were supposed to let 70 miles. When I was getting an oil change they told me I needed new tires. I spoke to the service manager and the sales manager and was told too bad that tires are not covered. I just had to spend 900 on new tires. 5 different people LIED to me and said the tires were covered by the tires manufacturer. Tires are not covered on a new car. Buyer beware. Been dealing with Honda for over30 years (in New York) until 2 years ago when I moved to Florida and I find your staff , helpful and knowledgeable.
