Outstanding service department. Vivianna told me the approximate time I would be there(1 hour) and i was out in approximately that time. She was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I did not get my free car wash but since that is not required, I cannot hold that against anyone. I presume they just forgot. Facilities are clean and presentable and wifi was fast enough to work with(17mbs).
I had a flat tire took it over to have it fixed this morning. Carlos not only had my tire replaced, they also washed my car. I didn’t have an appointment and they still got me in and out very quickly. I will definitely be going back to them again for my service needs.
Todd in there service department has been servicing my Civic since I bought it 3 years ago. He is amazing and through. I love that he takes the time to educate me on various maintenance items to ensure I understand they why behind the service ! I recommend their service department highly!

Leon Miller was my salesman and was very pleasant and professional. He went the extra mile to find me the car I wanted, even driving to Lakeland to get it for me. Everyone was very pleasant and I would recommend Headquarter Honda to anyone.
