We are a Honda loyal family. This is my 2014 car with paint just literally falling off. I was notified by Honda is a factory issue and they will repaint it but they won’t cover loaner car or rental. I am responsible to cover the cost of a car (for a Week or two) because the car I bought from them has a factory defect. Not a great way to take care of your loyal customers.
Dishonest dealership. A family member went to the Honda dealership, negotiated a final out the door price in a vehicle. When it came to signing, looking over the list of fees and cost of vehicle, everything added up to the negotiated price shown on paper. HOWEVER, when we figured out the monthly payment, it did not add up. We figured there must've been a hidden charge of $500. When we called them out on it, they made this up: "We sometimes have extra charges so we put it in there just in case." What?! Poor excuse and lie. Fu... read more

I’m from Chicago and just visiting for the week, on the drive to Florida some paneling under my Civic came loose. These guys were super helpful and fixed it real fast. I was there like 20 minutes. Great staff that meet you when you come in too.

Ok just want to say how terrible headquarter Honda is , I brought my brand new truck on Monday for an oil change . The truck is only 4 months . Well needless to say I’ve been leaking oil and almost 2 quarts low . Now I sit here at Coggin Honda ( best dealership ) almost 2 hours later of them trying to find out what it was , headquarter Honda didn’t tighten the oil plug . So I lost almost 3 quarts of oil .
