I am very disappointed in Headquarter Honda. We had them replace the battery on our CR-V back in January, and it is already dead in June. The service department claimed that the new battery likely had a bad cell when they installed it, and it spread like a cancer to the other 5 cells. So they basically admit that they gave us a faulty battery 6 months ago but charged us full price for a new battery today. I will be reaching out to everyone in Clermont to find a service company that backs up their products.
I bought a car from Clermont Headquarter Honda back in 2016, I sold the car in January 2017, I have contacted the finance department about my GAP insurance refund which is about $800. I have emailed and called several times and have received no response. I did as I was told and filled out the form, sent the payoff letter, and nothing!! Very poor customer service in the finance department!
