They went above and beyond for us and were knowledgeable about all of our options and we left with the car that we set in to buy. I purchased 2017 Honda Touring model and our salesman Steven Pomecelet was exceptional in explaining all equipment sensoring or otherwise the vehicle came with. He even took us on an extended test drive that allowed both my wife and I to experience. I definitely recommend Headquarters Honda the place to go.
Why even bother having a warranty when they tell you they can’t fix the issue. Overpriced for things and they put you in a situation where you feel cornered. Going elsewhere for when I need service
Sales rep had very little knowledge, when I questioned him with questions friends in the car business told me to ask, he was speechless and got very standoffish and even refused to shake my hand when I held it out after saying I was leaving. Next day received a call from him apologizing after I said something about it to the so called manager of internet sales.
