Yet again, all my expectations were exceded. I live in Gainesville and bought my car through HQ. Several months down the line and i'm more than happy to order parts and have them shipped before I spend my money anywhere else. Luis was a major help and all parts were correct with competitive pricing to boot! I was updated on my order through various stages and given a tracking number. Flawless, start to finish. I attended the Reveal Party of the Civic Type- R and it was so fun. I can't imagine how it could have been better. Of course, Shea Hollbrook rocks, but still. The staff was wonderful, and I would be truly surprised if the purchasing and service experience wasn't similar. Seriously. Best wishes. Sell and service lots of cars; make lots of money.
I had a great experience buying my car. I've been here for all my maintenance as well. Went to Jenkins Honda (Leesburg) once because I live much closer but very rude & condescending so I left. That was my 1 & only experience with them. I drive about 30 min to Clermont & always treated like a friend♡
Super friendly and helpful. Plus they did not try to pressure us into a deal. Would totally recommend going there!
