My wife and I purchased our new CR-V EX-L at Headquarter last week and wanted to share the experience. We would like to thank our salesman Rick S for all he did to help with our decision. He was friendly, knowledgable and created a no pressure atmosphere. We would also like to thank the manager Paul R for helping to close the deal. Welcoming staff, work completed prior to allotted time, free coffee in quiet comfortable surroundings, free chair massage. They installed two new air bags per recall notice and completed recommended and approved transmission and break service. I will return!
My service experience was excellent at Headquarter Honda. They were friendly, and my care was taken care of quickly and accurately. I highly recommend them to any Honda owner in the West Orange County/East Lake County areas!
Horrible experience. Spoke to Internet sales person and he gave me specials and pricing so I set appointment to meet him. When I got there at 5:30 on Jan 2nd I was told he was in a meeting and I would be meeting with someone else. Worst scam ever. They wouldn't consider what he told me and just kept asking "did you get it in writing?" They wouldn't contact him a or anything and acted as if I was not telling the truth! Big bait and switch and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Purchased our Odyssey in 2010. Very satisfied with that process. Have had all service since done by HQ and a number of different service advisors and have been more than satisfied with both the work and the personnel. Bob Knopf
Had been dealing with the Internet department and had asked a simple question to present some simple numbers to see if they could get in the payment range I was looking for before I came in the girl I was working with was very pushy and wanted me to come into the dealership before she would do anything. I sent several emails back-and-forth asking for the information and finally she sent me the finance application I sent that back and since then I have not heard anything from her or from the dealership this is not a way to do... read more
