Good service. The only problem I had was on an airbag recall. When I first went to the dealer they didn't have the right part, even though the said they did on the phone. The second time everything went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to go back the second time. Maybe not their fault as the number of recalls on airbags was through the roof.
We walked into Headquarter Honda today intending to purchase an Odyssey but unfortunately we were not taken seriously. We had to hunt down a 'salesman' who was busy goofing off with his buddy and than pawned us off on someone else, and he also passed us to someone else. The 'salesman' who got 'stuck' with us showed us the vehicle, told us absolutely nothing about it and didn't seem to know much about the vehicle or he just didn't want to help us. No test drive offered, no info, just a "is that it? Have a nice day." We ended ... read more
