The salesmen I've had to deal with here are complete condescending a$$holes. Went in yesterday looking to purchase a new car and the guy was a complete jackass. The guy spoke to me and my mother as if we were children. Never coming here again.
Great purchase experience and first service experience was good. Second very disappointing. Quoted one rate that I literally signed agreement to then charged more. When I returned my Honda survey indicating problems I had, the response was a call from the service rep apologizing for me not being satisfied with their poor service, insistence I should be satisfied, and hope I'd return again. I've owned almost every Honda model made over the years and advocated their superiority, but no more.
These people are truly amazing and really change lives and give chances. Not to mention my car is awesome. Thank you all
Leon Miller sold us a CRV. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. Took time to answer all our questions and sold us the exact car we wanted for the price we asked. This is our second CRV. thank you Honda for your help.
