I was looking for a long time and I was on a waiting list for almost one year for a used Honda Element (almost impossible to find). Had an amazing car buying experience with Mike J in trading up our 2014 CRV to a 2017 pilot. Mike was better then Google on all the various features of the Pilot trims and truly worked hard with management to earn our business.
Todd our service advisor was as always knowledgeable and explained in detail exactly what was going to occur. We bought our last two cars from HH and will continue to do business with them.
I was in the market for a 2017 Honda Pilot. I stopped by the dealership and was greeted by Dennis Yunker. He is wonderful to work with. No pushy sales tactics, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The dealership was able to find the vehicle I wanted right away, which can be difficult with the Pilot. Everyone, including the finance and service department have been great to work with. Very positive experience.
