Amazing service with my new advisor "Todd". Definitely going back for continued service and support. Picked up for my last advisor who left and certainly made up for that surprise upon arriving. Extremely pleased.

Any dealership can sell you a car when you have great credit but when you've had some missteps and it's less than stellar, it's not always easy getting a decent rate. Headquarter Honda did a great job at working hard at securing the best rate for me. Matt, George and Anthony were amazing. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
We had a great experience with Andrew Burke with the purchase of our son's Pre-Owned Civic. He was helpful, patient, personable, no pressure. Thanks to the Business Manager, Tony, as well. A great experience and we will buy our next Honda from this dealership.
I've had to take my car to the service department twice this year. Both times turned out to be a very pleasant experience for me. The staff at Headquarter Honda are all very courteous, knowledgeable, & professional. Most service departments at dealerships have a bad reputation. Thank you for NOT being like other dealerships by going out of your way to give wonderful customer service.
HORRIBLE!! BEWARE!!! GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP!!! These people are awful, incompetent, rude, disorganized, and give Honda a bad name. I will complain to every agency I can, Better Business Bureau, State of Florida Dealership Bureau, Honda Corporate...anyone who will fix the disaster that is HQ Honda. Save yourself and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
