Awesome staff.
We bought the CR-V last weekend. We were very pleased w/our sales rep, Isaiah, and all of the others that we dealt with. Unlike our experience at another dealership that we were looking at, they were friendly, informative and not pushy! It was a pleasure to buy our new car at Headquarter Honda!

Headquarter just tried to rip me off. They were going to charge me for a part that didn’t need to be replace.
Not a great experience yesterday! 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation WITH an appointment and they didn’t even check the pressure in my tires.
The seller was very informative about the car, but in general Headquarter Honda was WAY too pushy.... and way too much back and fourth between seller and store manager during the finance discussion . Also, I don’t appreciate headquarter Honda running a credit check without my consent. I clearly said NO when they tried to get me to sign my authorization to let them run it. I never signed and told them NO, yet headquarter Honda now shows up on my credit report as a hard inquiry.
