We just had a new heating and cooling unit put in and I love it!!! The people have been friendly and super knowledgeable. With the crazy weather lately, we have already used both the A/C and heater and can tell that not only is the temperature comfortable, but the airflow has really increased! We have been very happy with the entire process and highly recommend Hamstra!!!

The service technician, Nick P., showed up at the scheduled time and quickly went to work checking out our unit. He made sure everything was functioning properly and explained everything. He was very professional.
Excellent customer service. Intelligent, well informed, professional staff. They go above and beyond, providing additional, important (basically Necessary) extra labor and services (found during installation) at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Every team member I met was intelligent, polite, respectful, courteous, and admirable.
As always in my long years of being a Hamstra client, I experienced the usual outstanding level of service from Victor. Hamstra people are always helpful and expert in their technical skills. I have never experienced this high level of service consistently from other vendors.
