The red light was on and I called Hamstra. Nick and Taylor showed up. located the problem, checked for some others and proceeded to fix everything. They were patient and explained everything. Thank you, gentlemen.
Our main house has swamp, and AC/H which was upgraded by Hamstra from a previous system. It has been working reliably for over 15 years. It was only natural to call Hamstra about adding AC to our guest house. After initial contact, three separate gentlemen came to inspect,discuss and give recommendations. Our AC went out last night (July 3, 2017) so it was pretty miserable when we got up. Called an AC company who couldn't help us for a couple of days, and with temps around 105... that wouldn't do. They suggested Hamsta as they 1st choice to call, which I did. Amazingly, Matt M came over on a holiday. Hubby was extremely impressed on his knowledge and professionalism. Aaron, Mike, Billy and Rick have worked together get us the new AC in this horrible hot weather, especially Rick who installed the AC in one day under the temperture of 112 degree. They have done a good job, the AC is working fine now. Thank you very much!
I am impressed with Hamstra installing a new air conditioning unit at our residential home. Everyone on the team was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. John was our Comfort Specialist and helped us in selecting the AC for our home and he was fast in scheduling the Install date. Gary was our Engineer who came out to measure for placement of new AC, etc Steve & Jason were the Lead Installers. Hamstar was fast and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Hamstar!
