Long story short our HVAC died and the good folks at Hamstra did a bang up job getting us back up and running. Shout out in particular to Dustin, John and others who took such good care of us...
Chris Torres did our annual maintenance service on our AC/ heater unit . He is very personable, professional and skilled at his job. He explained about having a corrosion protection for the coils called a Fin saver which can extend the life of your AC. I would highly recommend hamstra Heating and Cooling. Thanks you Chris! Great job.
Chris Torres has been to my house for my last spring and fall services and he is fabulous. He is helpful, courteous and very nice to my dog. He explains things so I can understand them without pressure and scare tactics. I trust Chris. I am so glad I got my air conditioner from Hamstra. If anyone asks, I always recommend them.
taylor arrived on time, he was professional, courteous, and addressed all of my concerns... after he assessed my unit he went over everything he did and what was needed to fix my problem and the office called that same day to schedule my repair for the next day... i am very satisfied with hamstra it is this quality of service i have come to expect from them
Every person we were in contact with from Hamstra was courteous, knowledgeable and patient with our questions and answered all of them in language we understood and not technical gibberish. Their proposal for a new A/C system was right within our budget and every person from the repair person, sales person to the installation technicians were very professional.
