From the initial contact I have been completely satisfied with my entire experience with Hamstra. Aaron did a thorough survey, answering all of my questions (and drawing lovely pictures!). The team we had was amazing! Ryan gave us information for all our AC decisions and guided us through all paperwork and set up with our new Smart Thermostat. Robert engineered as to where our unit would go and gave us confidence on this new installation plan. Mike coordinated days and times when the crew would be here so we could work around them. Nick was awesome! Arrived on time and performed the scheduled maintenance with courtesy and precision. He politely put on booties as to not soil our new carpet and was very respectful.
