Hamstra has been handling our heating and cooling needs for several years. The service has always been outstanding, and, perhaps more important to us, we trust Hamstra and its employees. The company we were with prior to Hamstra was demonstrably dishonest. Our neighbor, a professional painter, recommended Hamstra, and we have been thankful ever since. Our working relationship with Hamstra began five years ago on a recommendation from friends who had used them for servicing and eventually an upgrade to their HVAC system. From the beginning, we were very impressed with the technicians that came to our house to do the twice yearly servicing of our HVAC unit. By the time we spoke with Ryan, we had already gotten 5 bids from other companies. The price wasn't the lowest (it was the second lowest), but Ryan was completely knowledgeable and honest about what our particular home needed, which was most important to us. He was able to come out to our house the same day we called, and the unit was installed that week. Hamstra has serviced our heating and cooling unit for several years. Their technicians are very professional. Fidel Meza was our technician today. He was friendly, and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing, along with answering our questions. Terrific company!
