Dave provides great service because of his expertise, thorough inspection, maintenance and when needed quality repairs. I have requested him to be our regular Hamstra service rep.
Hamstra technician Dave was here this morning to do the semiannual checkup on my heat pump. He was courteous and efficient. I have been very satisfied with my unit and with Hamstra service - which is something cannot say about my previous unit and the company that installed it and maintained it until I got tired of all the probems and switched.
From consultation to installation, our experience with Hamstra Heating & Cooling was excellent. The members of the staff who visited our home were professional, respectful of us and our home, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. In particular, John, the Comfort Specialist who managed our new system installation, is extraordinarily good at his job; he provided exemplary customer service. Thank you.
I have been using Hamstra for the twice yearly checkup for several years. Dave T was our latest tech. Dave was prompt, I didn't have to wait for him to arrive, He checked our system quickly and found everything in good working order. I highly recommend Hamstra for your air conditioning needs.

Hamstra had great reviews, which is why we decided to get a quote from them. We got 3 different quotes but the one I felt did the most thorough job was Hamstra, even knowing I was getting other quotes, "Big" John came in and was so thorough in his evaluation that Hamstra immediately shot up to number one and after the other 2 quotes, that were less but the over all impression I got was that ok was good enough, gave me their quotes we went with Hamstra. Great sales meeting (Big John) and flawless installation (Steve Cota). Hamstra's price was competitive and fair. I've been using my new system for a couple of months now, and I am very satisfied with the operation and interface. The system is nearly silent in both heat and air conditioning mode. Very pleased.
My wife and I are very happy with our new system, as well as with the folks who installed it. Jason and Steve were friendly, efficient, and informative and did a great job installing the new air handler and ductwork in a tight space.
