Jose S. performed annual inspection on air conditioning unit. He was professional in appearance and behavior. Jose was friendly and knowledgeable.
Dana J helped me and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. She informed me of services and products I would never have know existed. I could feel her smile as we talked on the phone. I will definitely request that I speak with Dana the next time I call.
Jose Sandoval did top-notch repair work on our HVAC unit. He went above and beyond to fix and repair the very poorly installed HVAC unit (by another company in 2008), even though he was doing warranty work on another major part. He is also an attentive technician and obviously very good at what he does. Our unit had not been working properly since it was installed, and now functions like it should. Great customer service from Jose as well, and left the work space neat and clean. Thank you, Jose for your excellent service.
Dave was very courteous and helpful. Honestly, everyone that I spoke to at Hamstra was kind and helpful. We even got same day service! We will use them again for sure.
Can't say enough about how wonderful an experience it was to deal with this exceptional company!! (NOT paid to say this!) I challenge you to just CALL them, and if those ladies who answered the phone are not the nicest people you have talked to in a long time... Mike Harmon did a simply FANTASTIC job for us!!! Another contractor had come the day before, and tried to pitch us an $11,000 system we didn't need. He came and walked me through what is needed, and what isn't needed.
