When Dave came out to do our first annual servicing on our systems, after completing the work, he took the time to describe the service programs available. He is friendly, professional and gave us complete confidence in Hamstra. When it was time for the next servicing, we insisted on Dave as our Technician. Travis was such a wonderful installer - so professional and I enjoyed having him in my home. The space for the system and water heater is very small, but he did a great job fitting everything into the closet. The other Hamstra team that came out were all professional and each did their special job.

Have used Hamstra in the past and have always been happy. When the ac developed a problem on a Friday we called for help. Dana was very nice on the phone and worked to get a tech scheduled. Jose S. showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very polite and thoughtful and explained our options. He then quickly fixed the problem and now we are comfortable again. Thanks Hamstra! It is easy to recommend them for any heating or cooling needs. We have never been disappointed.
We have dealt with Hamstra! for several years and always been impressed with the nice, honest and straightforward service people. Never had an encounter that was anything but excellent.
