Scheduled my Spring maintenance, and spoke with Dana. Very aware of time putting me on hold. Very mindful of time available for scheduling and location for the service appointment. Makes me feel like I made the right decision having the entire company behind my needs! I have not had a bad experience yet! Worth every penny!
Hamstra does an excellent job! Dave was our recent technician, he knew what he was talking about, he explained the problems with our system, he made intelligent recommendations, and got us up and running for the time being. Hamstra's people are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

I've dealt with two heating/AC companies since I started remodeling my home five years ago. The other company, (without mentioning names/initials are D & H) didn't do the job properly the first time and I've had to deal with poor AC for the past 4 years. HAMSTRA came in, found the core problem(s), fixed 'em and I'm back in business.
